These tools mark the stitch positions, they don't make a hole through the leather. An awl is needed for that.
It takes practice to use these tools properly and this wheel works well on bridle leather. With soft leathers, the

A stainless steel eggbutt snaffle bit for a large rocking horse.
The mouthpiece is about 3 3/8" wide so the mouth of the rocking horse,
measured at the back where the bit lies, should be between about 2 1/2" to
