These little horses were made in Czechoslovakia and most are from the 1960s to 70s but I'm not certain of the dates they
were in production.
The horses have a simple wooden skeleton, a carved wooden head and legs. The body and neck are covered in a hessian overcoat
and they are stuffed with wood flakes or similar. The hessian is painted
to give this distinctive appearance.
Rollo is in original condition, but worn and well played with in the past. He could be restored or left as he is.
